Dear Friend , Cats almost always land on their feet when they fall. They have a very supple spine and a tail to counterbalance, yet what really allows them to land on their feet are their amazing 'righting reactions'. Both cats and humans use their righting reactions to know up from down, left from right, and to stay oriented while walking, running, or falling. I will be offering Maximizing Your Walking (Part IV): Righting Reactions, Saturday November 18, 1-3 pm. This workshop will explore practical ways to speed up your righting reactions to improve walking and help you stay oriented even when you are off balance. Curiosity, yet no tail required. Keep walking, Ernie
