FROM GABRIEL: Cheerful greetings to everyone from Santa Fe, New Mexico! Marcy and I are settling into our new home in Santa Fe and I appreciate everyone's patience until I can resume our First Thursday meditation practice sessions. I'll be in touch soon to re-establish a regular meeting day and time and I'm looking forward to renewing the 3 Doors practice sessions with all of you!
In this newsletter I want to inform you that Marcy and I will be back in the Philadelphia area twice this year to hold live retreats at Pendle Hill Quaker Retreat Center, one in May and one in December.

We
hope 2024 is beginning well for you. Gabriel and I have moved from our
home of 37 years in Ardmore PA. We now live in Santa Fe, New Mexico!
While we are realizing the unpacking and settling process will continue
for quite a while longer, there has been encouraging progress. And we
have been greeted by stunning skies, yipping coyotes, and a raucous
raven.
To
honor our Delaware Valley roots, Gabriel and I secured two retreat
spaces for 2024 at Briton House at Pendle Hill in Wallingford PA. Please
consider joining us!
The dates for the first retreat: arrival Wednesday afternoon at 4 pm on May 29 with conclusion of the practice at noon on Sunday on June 2, 2024 (lunch from noon to 1 on Sunday is included.)
The second retreat: arrival Wednesday afternoon at 4 pm on December 4 and conclusion on Sunday afternoon with lunch at noon available on December 8, 2024.
Together
in community we can deepen our relationship to inner refuge and
continue to explore the practices that support us: abiding, nine
breathings, the tsa lung movements, and the warrior syllables practice.
The campus at Pendle Hill is lovely and invites reflection, beautiful
walks, good food and of course, deep companionship.
