The Bible tells us that “faith is… the evidence of things not seen.” As I reflect over the past 34-year history of Pure Life Ministries, I can recall many times our very existence as an organization was in jeopardy. It could even seem so now in the midst of this current crisis brought on by the coronavirus pandemic. Yet, God has proven Himself faithful time and again to this ministry. That is evidence my faith can hang on even now!
This will mark the first year since 2000 that we have not held our Annual Conference and Alumni & Friends Benefit Banquet. The entire staff here is greatly saddened that we will not be able to fellowship with you all at our Conference. We pray that in this season, God will come to each of you in a very powerful and personal way. He will prove Himself faithful to meet your need!
As most of you already know, the theme of our Conference this year was going to be “As in the Days of Noah.” Because I am convinced this could not be a timelier message for God’s people, we will be live-streaming special services on the same weekend the Conference was scheduled, April 24th—26th. We hope you will join us virtually and that these timely messages will strengthen your faith to face the coming days.

As we celebrate 30 years of God transforming lives in our Residential Program, now more than ever there is a sense of urgency to rescue men out of the bondage of sexual sin and bring them into the kingdom of God.
Our greatest joy at Pure Life Ministries is to see souls set free from sexual sin and come into a deeper life in God! We know how much this work means to the Lord and how precious the souls of these men are to Him. And we also know how grateful He is to those of you who have faithfully stood behind this ministry through your prayers and financial support.
Each year, at our Alumni & Friends Benefit Banquet, we raise our largest support throughout the year and this offering plays a critical role in sustaining our Annual Budget. We prayerfully set a goal of $120,000 this year for the needed funds to keep the Ministry going.
Not only has the coronavirus impacted our Annual Conference and Banquet, but the sustainability of the employment of the students in our Residential Program is under threat—which is also one of our main revenue sources. Once again, just like so many times in the past, the existence of this organization is in jeopardy. Yet, evidence of past faithfulness assures us that God will provide the needed help.
As we were seeking the Lord over this dilemma, a couple of generous friends offered to help us by giving $45,000 in a Matching Gift Campaign. That means that every dollar given will be doubled to raise up to $90,000! This will go a long way toward making up the loss of the $120,000 we anticipated through our annual fundraiser.
We understand that this is a difficult time for many and do not want anyone to feel obligated to give. We are praying for all of you who support this ministry and we covet your prayers.
