Dear Friend,

In a lawless generation, the prophet Isaiah spoke of a coming light that would break through the darkness of this world. After centuries of waiting, Zechariah rejoiced that this promised light was imminent.

And then, in a small town, that light was born! Emmanuel—God with Us—came down to dwell among the inhabitants of a lost world and provide light to those darkened by a life of sin. He promised peace, life and hope to any who would believe.

This Christmas, we rejoice in this fulfilled promise as we regularly witness the lives of men and women radically transformed by the light of Christ. Wherever His light breaks in, addictions are broken, souls are made whole, and relationships are restored. Because of Him, we confidently proclaim that anyone who receives Him will be guided “into the way of peace."
