Greetings from chilly, wintry Kentucky! Having grown up in sunny California, I’m not the hugest fan of the cold. Yet, it’s awesome to sit and reflect on how all of creation speaks of His beauty and wisdom—even the changing of the seasons.
For over 30 years, the Lord has been in the business of transforming lives here on our campus, and we count ourselves blessed and fortunate to witness what He does day in and day out, making men resemble Christ more and more!
We baptized 16 students in January. The change they’ve undergone reminds me of how those snow-covered hills—that seem to speak the language of coldness and death—will soon call forth fruit and abundant life!
As we enter this springtime with gratitude to the Lord for all He is doing, we wanted to make you aware of how you can partner with Pure Life Ministries in making some key upgrades to our ministry—both on the Residential Campus and in our Ministry Outreach department. We are currently raising funds for the following projects:
- Air Conditioning in the Student Dorms ($15,000)
- Furniture Upgrades for the Student Dorms ($4,000)
- New Scripture Verse Signs for the Prayer Trail ($1,200)
- Replacement Video Camera ($3,600)
- Computer for our weekly podcast, Purity for Life ($1,000)

Our sentiments echo those of the Apostle Paul in writing to the Philippian church, when he says, “Every time [we] think of you, [we] give thanks to [our] God. Whenever [we] pray, [we] make [our] requests for all of you with joy, for you have been [our] partners in spreading the Good News about Christ from the time you first heard it until now. And [we] are certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns” (Philippians 1:3-6).
