Dear Friend,

Last month, we held our 21st Annual Conference at the Ark Encounter in Williamstown, Kentucky, where attendees heard messages by Dave Leopold, Dustin Renz, Glenn Meldrum, and myself all under the conference theme: Babel: The Tower is Nearly Complete. Without discussing anything amongst ourselves, all four of us were given messages from the Holy Spirit that beautifully dove-tailed together.

Hidden in the Day of Evil Trouble
I opened the conference in Psalm 27 by talking about the need to have a secret place with the Lord—where we meet God every day. We are heading into the Day of Evil Trouble and the Lord is saying to His people: “Seek My face…” He promises to hide those who walk with Him. It is time to seek the Lord!

Living in Light of Eternity
Dustin Renz followed with an excellent message where he compared the raising of the Tower of Babel with the Temple of God. Using 1 Corinthians 3, he used these comparisons to ask the penetrating question: What kind of eternal building are you raising? Is it being raised for your glory or for Christ’s?

To Love the Lowliness of God
In the late afternoon session, Dave Leopold spoke of how the Lord reigns in lowliness. It is this spirit that is so opposite of the pride of Babel. And it is through this humility that we can hide in God—no matter what we may face in the days ahead.

A Confrontation with Babel
It was actually Glenn Meldrum who offered the best description of how the spirit of Babylon has opposed the work of God from the very beginning. Tracing the history of Babel, he showed how Nimrod, Nebuchadnezzar and the antichrist all have the same prideful desire to conquer the world. This spirit is already opposing the Lord right now.

If you were not able to attend this year’s Conference, the sessions will be available for purchase on our online bookstore soon!

Lastly, we finished our Annual Conference with our Alumni & Friends Benefit Banquet. What a way to close that special night, with our Residential Student Choir worshipping the Lord from the bottom of their hearts! It never gets old watching the Lord transform lives. The Lord has rescued these men from some of the most horrible darkness and is bringing them into His marvelous light.

And, because God has been doing this very thing in our midst for the last 35 years, we wanted to share this video about lives that have been eternally impacted by God’s presence at Pure Life Ministries. We hope it blesses you and encourages you to seek the Lord!
