¡Hola Friend!

No doubt, first and foremost it's the sun, sand, and sea that define your holiday. Secondly, the accommodation, the pool, and the facilities have to match your expectations. Important, as well, are the people who look after you and your well-being during your stay. And then there are a whole bunch of small details, such as sustainability, excursions, special services, values ... And here's where we let the cat out of the bag.

Sustainability

A topic that is currently more important to all of us than ever before. In recent years, we have invested a lot of time and money in sustainable and environmentally friendly options. For more energy efficiency, for a more climate-friendly kitchen, for a plastic-free B&B, and for less waste. Fortunately, our guests are pulling the same rope; together we can achieve so much more. For a great holiday without a bitter aftertaste!

From the garden onto the table

Many of the delicious products you enjoy at breakfast or dinner grow in our garden. And you can always help yourself from our garden as you, please. Sweet figs, oranges, lemons and limes, delicious medlars, pomegranates, plums, mangoes, almonds, and olives - everything grows right outside your window. Since we don't use any pesticides, you can simply grab the fruits and have a taste. Except for the olives, which unfortunately taste rather horrible when fresh from the tree. And here's a little tip - in the Honesty Bar's freezer you will always find our own citrus fruits frozen to prepare your favorite drink!

Our garden team

Since Carsten was hit by three herniated discs, he has successfully managed to avoid gardening ever since. With increasing room occupancy, this had become a bit of a challenge anyway, but with his diagnosis, it became a thing of the past.

Since then Mamina has been tirelessly caring for our garden to keep it looking top-notch. Always in a cheerful mood and with a big grin, he mows the lawn, trims hedges, fights weeds and pests, removes storm damage, and operates his favorite toy: a petrol-powered leaf blower.

A day without wine is a day without sun. At least that's what they say down here. Since the sun shines 360 days a year, you can probably imagine the rest. To ensure that you find plenty of choices when it comes to wine, we always stock around 40 different wines. You'll find everything from cava to sweet wine, and we also have the perfect cap option - just in case you don't manage to finish your bottles.

Iberico ham:
the perfect match for your wine

Iberico ham is THE flagship product of Andalusia and is a must try during our Andalusian Tasting Night. It is particularly important to us to highlight the difference in taste of the various qualities. For expensive is not necessarily better - just usually aged longer and therefore more intense. Oh yes, and on this occasion we will also take the opportunity to dispel some of the misconceptions about "Pata Negra".

The Beaches of the Cabo de Gata Nature Park

The beaches of Cabo de Gata are considered to be among the most beautiful beaches in Europe and have been repeatedly honoured with awards. The white sand and turquoise water are perfect for relaxing. But if you need to get out of the sun, head for the nearest restaurant. Cabo de Gata is a great place to savour a delicious meal 😋. And afterwards - for the siesta - we have a selection of our favourite beaches 😉 for you to enjoy.
