Does your families actions impact your health?

Hi Friend,

Do your partner or children's actions impact your health?

Mine sure does!

I am just coming out of a pretty bad flare that my youngest son's actions contributed to.

He is 18 now, out and about in the world and generally doesn't get home until the small hours of the morning which which is fine except for one thing:

He consistently wakes me up by making too much noise.

And generally when he wakes me up I can't get back to sleep and over the past few weeks, his noisy arrival home and my own sleep issues combined into one big, fat, lousy flare.

So I share what I do that helps me with this issue and why having the conversations and setting boundaries is so important.

You can watch my video here where you can see me in all my flarey, brain fogged glory.

And remember Friend, if you just can't set a boundary or you struggle having those difficult conversations, you can always book your FREE 25 minute Discovery Session with me using the link below to find out how my therapy programs can help you get your life back.

warm wishes

Kerry

Episode 25 of the EA podcast with my special guest, Melissa Bergstrom.

Melissa Bergstrom remembers being anxious since childhood.

Her anxiety manifested with physical symptoms and it was rare for Melissa to have a full week of school. She had always had dry skin but over time, it began to turn into something worse.

Melissa was formally diagnosed with psoriasis in 2014 and getting the diagnosis of an actual autoimmune disease that was for life, felt like a punch to the stomach for Melissa and created even more anxiety and a new search for solutions. How does it feel to live with anxiety and autoimmune disease? Listen to Melissa's story now.

Have you heard of Simply AIP?

Every month, Laura from Simply AIP gathers together a new box full of delicious AIP or AIP friendly products and sends them to your door.

And yes, they even ship from their home in the USA, all the way to Australia.

I loved my first box! It so reminded me of getting one of those lovely Christmas hampers with lots of exotic goodies inside that you don't normally buy yourself.

Not knowing what is inside makes it feel like Christmas day to me.

Living an AIP lifestyle makes it hard to find safe treats to eat which is why I love Simply AIP.
