Hi Friend
From all of the research I see, there are increasing correlations between stress, trauma, adverse childhood experiences and going on to develop autoimmune conditions.
In fact, stress is shown in so many research studies to be a risk factor in developing diseases like heart disease, diabetes, anxiety and depression and IBS.
Stress actually is inflammatory which is why there is so much focus on reducing stress when you live with chronic autoimmune conditions.
And the hardest part is that becoming chronically ill and having so much of your life change and all of the grief that goes with that, is incredibly stressful.
Which means that getting to the root of your stress, anxiety, depression, overwhelm and trauma will help you not only deal with life better, find more joy and feel more in control but also, help reduce or remove the stress induced inflammation that you are dealing with now.
Friend, I always want to keep you up to date with ways of working with me (and do keep your eyes open for a brand new digital product that will be available on my website later this month.)
So I wanted to let you know that I have 7 places coming up for new clients this month.
The first step in working with me is to book your FREE 25 minute Discovery Session with me, to meet up, talk about your issues and see if I can help you or not.
There is absolutely no selling involved in this call!
I will tell you at the end of the Discovery Session exactly how much your recommended program will cost you and the payment options in Australian dollars, then invite you to go away for a week, think about it, talk it through with your partner and then if you decide you wan't to go ahead, you simply send me an email.
This is Samantha of The Unskilled Cavewoman's testimonial about her work with me.
"The extreme anxiety of the stress going on in my life had become unmanageable and I did not like the person it made me feel I had become.
After working with you, I now feel more confident in my ability to realise what is out of my control, and just let it go rather than worrying/stressing/obsessing over it.
I’m more accepting of my anxiety quirks, and am allowing them to just be what they are and not freak out over my OCD-ish antics.
The pelvic physical pain/issues that were occurring have not occurred once since we did the hypnosis that addressed my past traumas! I really did not expect to have physical pain/irritation in my body go away from a mental/emotional therapy!
Instead of trying to medicate the problem away or shrug issues off (like the traditional therapist/counsellor/psychiatrists I’ve encountered in the past) you helped me get to the very roots of my anxieties, fears and PTSD.
I do not have that last bit of yearning to be how I used to be, because the future has much more beautiful things in store, and my past is what built me to what I am today.
Thank you for everything Kerry, I truly appreciate all you have done to help me reduce my stress and anxiety and get to the root of everything! Samantha"

There is a new podcast coming out tomorrow talking with my special guest, Sue Holly who after living with Hashimoto's for decades, was diagnosed with Pulmonary Sarcoidosis, a potentially terminal illness that she was told by doctors that "there is nothing we can do for you."
Talk about inspiring!
I will pop into your inbox again tomorrow with the link to the show.
warm wishes
