I know that this is an issue for so many people and like chronic illness, it's not really talked about.
Prior to becoming chronically ill, working with the adult children of toxic parents was what I was most well known for, so it's no surprise really that so many people who have chronic illness also had difficult, traumatic childhoods with toxic or negligent parents.

My third regular Facebook live happened today! I gave my top tips on how to deal with family and friends when it comes to your chronic illness so if that has been an issue for you, head over to my Facebook page. It will be posted on my YouTube channel soon.
