Coming to terms with your grief.
Dear Friend,

Grief can be paralysing and completely overwhelming.

I know that it feels that way because nothing in my life or my training had prepared me for the grief and the loss that chronic illness bought into my life.

I also know the impact it has because I have helped so many clients break free of the fear that if they ever truly connected to their grief and allowed themselves to feel it, that it would take them so far down that they would never get back up again.

So Friend, if grief is an issue for you, then you really need to read this blog post I just wrote.

I want you to know that you are not alone and that what you are going through is part of the normal emotions that come with chronic illness.

Have a read and let me know what you think by hitting reply to this email.

big hugs

Kerry
