Hi Friend,

One of the things that has got me through all of the many challenging times in my life was my brain.

I have always been able to work things out, find a solution and work out a way to solve the problem once my fear or grief or confusion or anxiety was done.

No matter what, I was always able to find a way until chronic illness hit me.

Because when chronic illness hit me, it not only took my physical ability to look after myself, to do the simple things like take a shower or dry my hair or stand for any length of time without pain, it also took my memory and my ability to think and communicate.

I don't know about you Friend but when that happened to me, it was the most terrifying and helpless feeling I have ever experienced.

I was unable to drive because of the anxiety and because I could not trust myself on anything but the shortest, most necessary trip because my concentration span was zero and I made stupid mistakes.

Not only that, my reaction times were incredibly slow so I had to drive like a little old lady, anxious all the time that I would be in an accident or drive right through a red light again.

I forgot even the most simple words and most of the time, had to resort to pointing at something I wanted because my brain was so fogged that the words were just not available.

I truly felt like I had lost myself and everything that made me "me" and that loss took me to one of the darkest places I have ever experienced in my life and I felt nothing but despair.

Can you relate?

In my brief windows of opportunity when the wiring in my brain worked properly, I researched and watched summits and tried my best to soak up everything I could about Hashimoto's and autoimmune disease and what I could do to help myself, get myself back.

And bit by bit, piece by piece, my brain and body and energy came back, with many stumbles and set backs and a new diagnosis of celiac disease along the way.

I know that losing yourself can be the most devastating loss of all and that the helplessness and overwhelm that goes along with it can be devastating, so I made this little video for you.

Program price rise from August 1st
I think one of the things that all of my clients would agree with is that I give an amazing level of personal support, not just during sessions, but between sessions as well.

I love my work, it's my passion and it's also how I support myself and my family and after sitting down with my accountant this week, it's time to face the fact that although the cost of living has gone up a lot in the past 4 years, my program prices haven't.

So as from August 1st, my prices will be increasing to be much more realistic and reflective of the level of value, professionalism and transformational results that my programs provide.

I have a limited amount of clients I see per week to ensure that I don't risk burning myself and my energy out and within the next 2 or 3 weeks, there will be a waiting list to work with me because I am almost at maximum capacity for taking on new clients based in the USA and Europe.

So if you have been sitting on the fence about working with me Friend, now is the time to book your FREE Discovery Session with me and lock in a program, before my program fees go up on August 1st.

Choosing to work with me is not an expense.

It is an investment in changing your whole life, from your day to day happiness, your communication skills, your relationships and so much more.

I know this because of the feedback I receive from my clients each day about how much their lives are changing and how much better they feel because they are no longer weighed down with guilt, feeling like a burden, reliving trauma with flashbacks and nightmares, worrying that their partner will leave them, that they are damaging their children or that they will never get their old selves back.

That is NOT living, it is exisiting and chronic illness is hard enough without all of that additional, unnecessary suffering. It does not have to be that way and it can be changed, healed and removed.

I reserve a limited amount of spots for my FREE Discovery Sessions using Zoom where we will talk about your issues, I will tell you honestly whether I can help you or not and give you all the information about how much it will cost you and what payment options you have.

You can book yours here:https://app.acuityscheduling.com/schedule.php?owner=12377349

Here is what Marala had to say this week after her very first session in her program to help her overcome complex PTSD and trauma from her abusive parents:

Thanks for the session today.

I am still feeling incredibly calm as if everything happened at least a couple of years ago and as if nothing can stress me at the moment. Suddenly I have patience with my kids and I can protect my boundaries without getting stressed, aggressive or defensive with people. The thinking is clearer, no fog. It’s all quite impressive.

I’ve also started reading your little book about the boundaries. Most of the time I never had a problem with strangers, it was only an issue with people who are close. I can see how it will work better for me.

Thank you. Looking forward to more.

I would love to help you free yourself from the anxiety, guilt, trauma and overwhelm that is making your chronic illness and life so much worse and put you back in control of your life and your happiness.

warm wishes
