What's it like to be diagnosed with MS at 24?
Hi Friend

What was it like being diagnosed with MS at 24 years old was one of the questions that I got to ask Alissa Frazier in episode 2 of the Emotional Autoimmunity Podcast.

Alissa shares her experience of being "that hurt kid" all the way through grade school and college, who eventually began having vision problems that led to a brain tumour scare, that eventuated in a diagnosis of relapsing/remitting Multiple Sclerosis at age 24.

I really love how honestly and openly Alissa shares her experiences and her great, practical advice and you don't have to have MS to get the benefits from her story.

You can find it on iTunes and subscribe to make sure that you don't miss an episode, or listen in on the media player on my blog post here:

Either way, I hope you really enjoy it. If there is anyone you would love to hear me interview, please let me know by hitting reply to this email.

Below are a few more things that may be of interest to you to help you, help yourself with chronic illness.

Early Bird registration for the January round of SAD to AIP in 6 is open now!

You may have heard about the incredible results of the first-ever AIP medical study. 73% of participants reached clinical remission, and all of them maintained remission throughout the study.

What you may NOT have heard is that it was Angie Alt’s from Autoimmune Wellness SAD to AIP in SIX group coaching program that was used in this very study! I am very excitedly awaiting the results of the most recent study using patients with Hashimoto's.

I always knew that AIP and this program was an incredible resource based on my own personal experience, and now it’s been backed up by continuing research.

SAD to AIP in 6 is now open for early bird enrolment for the January 2019 cycle and I am a very proud affiliate of this program because I know how life changing it is. What that means is that if you sign up using my link, I will receive a small commission on your purchase for helping this amazing program reach as many people as possible.

The program begins Monday, January 7th and the early-bird rate of $397.00 USD is now available. This is an amazing value for the amount of support and benefits you will receive and Angie and her team consistently upgrade and add value and benefits to the program after every round.

If you know anything about Angie Alt, then you know her dedication to helping people with chronic illness change their lives with AIP. Click below to learn more and register now! https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/gb.php?ii=1383352&cl=270775&c=ib&aff=331308
Pre-order your copy of the Nutrient Dense Kitchen.

Success on AIP is about more than just elimination.
It wasn’t until I prioritised nutrient-density that my healing finally turned the corner.

That’s why I’m so excited about Mickey Trescott’s new
book the Nutrient Dense Kitchen.

The Nutrient-Dense Kitchen is all about teaching you which ingredients give you the most bang for your healing buck, and showing you how to incorporate them into your meal routine in efficient, wallet-friendly and delicious ways.

All 125 recipes are AIP-compliant, with low-FODMAP, keto, low-carb, and coconut-free options, and in Mickey’s signature style, she’s included meal plans, shopping lists and budget considerations to boot!

Mickey has set aside a limited number of books for pre-order and she’s giving away some awesome bonuses, too: folks who pre-order get a signed copy of the book, access to a private FB group, and pre-release recipe sneak peeks.

While there is an option for those of us outside the USA to pre-order a copy, postage is $35.00 so you may want to hold off until it is available in major outlets.

For those of you in the USA, I really encourage you to pre-order your copy today! Mickey's first book was my very first AIP recipe book purchase and I know the quality she gives and that the recipes are easy and do-able.

Gift one to yourself for Christmas. Here's the link:  https://mickeytrescott.com/products/the-nutrient-dense-kitchen-pre-order?afmc=1s&utm_campaign=1s&utm_source=leaddyno&utm_medium=affiliate
