Persian-influenced paintings and pastels by Afsaneh Djabbari-Aslani will be on view. Meet the Iranian-born artist who attended USC’s Roski School of Art and Design at the onset of Iran’s Islamic Revolution. Afsie is a member of Stamford’s Loft Artist Association, the Cultural Alliance, and Greenwich Art Society.

UKRAINIAN EGG PYSANKY DECORATING WORKSHOP

Wilton Historical Society

Learn the colorful and venerable craft of decorating eggs in the Ukrainian style. Expert egg decorator Susan Clark will lead this workshop for adults and children in the ancient craft that uses symbols and motifs to create an intricate, jewel-like egg. Decorate eggs in a traditional design, or create your own.
