Park City Music Hall, Bridgeport

Join The Kennedy Collective Autism Project and Band Central for an evening of Rock & Roll music. A performance that spans decades, and rock genres, you will hear heavy metal, classic rock and alternative favorites performed live. Featuring Joe Bouchard, Co-Founder of the iconic 1970s Blue Öyster Cult Band - along with a host of other tunes that move the body and soul. Proceeds support The Kennedy Collective.

HISTORY BITES: WOMEN'S RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS

In honor of Women’s History Month, join Elizabeth Hohl, Assistant Professor of the Practice in History, and co-curator of the exhibition now on view in the Walsh Gallery at Quick Center for the Arts. Dr. Hohl will discuss the posters created worldwide that celebrate and acknowledge the vital role that all citizens play in promoting human rights. Snacks and refreshments provided.

This music is the soundtrack of a vital time in our culture.

The unique world of legendary local comedic playwright Rosemary Foley celebrates Women’s History Month featuring six absurd, satirical and darkly-funny short plays, along with three intimate monologues about Rosemary's life. Rosemary is a decades-long member of Connecticut's Theatre Artists Workshop, where she workshopped many of the plays in this production.

Part of the Spring Speaker Series, this interactive conversation with Manon Gaudet, PhD candidate in the History of Art at Yale University explores the collection of Native North American artworks and belongings currently on view in the Elizabeth Fray Gallery. Learn how Indigenous artists interacted with a market for Native American goods in the nineteenth century.
