A concert, an exhibition, a play and the ongoing teaching of painting to young people all demonstrate the healing power of the arts, in many forms.

In this program we examine the power of creative expression as a means of coping and healing, as a bridge to mindfulness, reflection and transformation, particularly in the context of the current state of our world.
