Hello Mighty Companion,

One of the gifts of A Course in Miracles Workbook Lesson 76: "I Am Under No Laws But God's" is the reminder that not every structure we create is a law we have to obey. Sometimes Spirit invites us to loosen our grip, create more spaciousness, and allow life to unfold in new ways.

With that spirit in mind, I'm making a few changes this summer.

A Sacred Sabbatical

During June, July, and August, I'll be entering a season of sacred sabbatical—a time for spiritual renewal, deeper listening, and a fuller experience of life itself.

Summer invites movement, adventure, connection, nature, spontaneity, and joy. I want to honor that rhythm and create more room to follow where Spirit leads. During this time, I will not be holding weekly live, in-person Sunday classes. Instead, I'll offer one live Sunday class on the second Sunday of June, July, and August at 1:00 PM Mountain Time.

Fewer Emails, More Meaning

Let's be honest.

Does anyone wake up and think, "I wish I had more emails in my inbox today"?

I didn't think so.

Beginning this summer, you'll receive one newsletter on the first of each month rather than multiple newsletters throughout the month.

My intention isn't to communicate less. It's to communicate more intentionally. To create a little more breathing room while still sharing the teachings, insights, and inspiration that matter most.

More Spontaneous Inspiration

One thing I know about Spirit is that It doesn't always work on a schedule.

Some of the best insights arrive unexpectedly.

Some of the most meaningful conversations happen in the moment.

That's why you'll begin seeing more spontaneous videos, live streams, teachings, reflections, articles, memes, and inspired thoughts throughout the summer.

Keep an eye on your email because we'll soon be setting up text message alerts so you can be notified whenever I feel inspired to go live or share something new.

✨June Astrology: A Month of Freedom Through Recalibration

June begins with a softer kind of intelligence. Mercury moves into Cancer on June 1, and the mind starts listening less through logic and more through feeling. Conversations may become more personal. Old memories may rise. The question underneath the month becomes: What actually feels safe, nourishing, and true now?

By June 9, Venus and Jupiter meet in Cancer, opening one of the month’s sweetest windows for healing, connection, generosity, family, and emotional renewal. This is not a “push harder” kind of energy. It is more like Spirit whispering, receive what is loving, let yourself be cared for, and stop making tenderness a weakness.

Then the Gemini New Moon on June 14 brings a fresh perspective. Gemini asks us to become curious again. Not certain. Not defended. Curious. What story are you ready to stop repeating? What new way of seeing might open if you did not assume you already knew what everything meant?

The Summer Solstice arrives with Cancer season on June 21, marking the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere. Spiritually, the solstice is always a threshold: a moment of maximum light, a sacred pause where we can ask what needs to be illuminated before the season turns. It is a beautiful time to honor life, warmth, embodiment, and the quiet question: What do I want to grow in the light of my attention?

The end of June calls for slowing down and recalibration. Mars enters Gemini on June 28, bringing movement and mental quickness, while June 29 brings both the Capricorn Full Moon and Mercury retrograde in Cancer. This is a powerful moment to review responsibilities, emotional patterns, family themes, communication, and the structures that still support your freedom—or no longer do.

So the story of June is not chaos. It is freedom through recalibration. The first half opens the heart, softens the mind, and invites a new perspective. The second half asks us to simplify, review, and listen more deeply. June does not ask you to force life into place. It asks you to create enough inner space to notice where Spirit is already leading.
