Most of us are casting mental ballots all day long without even realizing it. And often, we’re re-electing patterns we’d rather be free from, not out of desire, but out of habit.
This week’s class is a reminder that every thought is a vote. Peace or fear. Freedom or guilt. And you don’t have to wait for the right moment or the right mood to shift. You can vote again, right now.
