Hello Miracle Family,
There’s a reason A Course in Miracles says the same thing in so many different ways. Spirit knows we don’t always get the message the first time or even the tenth. So Love keeps finding new words to reach us. Every daily lesson says, “Say this,” not once but many times.
Spirit understands how deeply we’ve been trained by the world’s voice of fear, guilt, and limitation. Society has given us years of ego conditioning, and it takes gentle, loving repetition to undo it.
Science even backs this up. We have to hear something about 21 times before we will act on it. And studies show it takes at least five positive messages to balance one negative one. No wonder Spirit repeats Itself.
I call myself the Divine Repetition Teacher because repetition is how truth becomes real to us. It’s not about memorizing words. It’s about retraining the mind to remember love.
This week, I invite you to say your truth often. When the old voice starts speaking, practice the new one instead. The more you repeat the truth, the more natural peace will feel.
The 5-Step Practice
Say it. Even if you don’t believe it yet.
Repeat it. Often and without judgment.
Accept it. Let it feel partly true.
Consider it. Reflect on what it could mean for you.
Live it. One day it will no longer be words. It will be your experience.
