"DRIVERX" PLAYING IN GREENSBORO FOR 1 WEEK ONLY!
Dear DriverXers,
After traveling to Albuquerque, Santa Fe and The Villages, FL for DriverX screenings (and meeting some terrific people there and eating birthday cake TWICE for Patrick Fabian's birthday), I was looking forward to a peaceful holiday with family in Greensboro, NC this coming week.
And then I found out that DriverX was opening in Greensboro on Friday, Dec. 21st for a one-week run! IFC gave me no warning, so I'm now scrambling to get the word out that I will be in attendance this Friday and Saturday night for Q&A's after the 7:15pm shows.
I know many of you on this list live in that area since some of you supported our Kickstarter campaign and others saw the film at RiverRun. Please tell your friends about our screenings and better yet, have them come by when I will be there so I can meet them.
As you can imagine, we're up against some tough competition from not one, but multiple franchises and tentpoles, including Marvel, DC Comics, Transformers, and frickin' Mary Poppins! Those films aren't going anywhere, so if you're tired of seeing things blow up (or go up a chimney, as the case may be), please come to the RED Cinemas for some good old-fashioned indie drama.
