Subject: Update on The Tell-Tale Heart!

Hello again -

Just a quick update on 'The Tell-Tale Heart' - the final album is now up on Bandcamp and I've made the first track available for preview.

So not only does this mean you can listen to the first Chapter in advance of the release date - it also means that anyone who pre-orders can download it right away!

Major thanks to the folks who grabbed it yesterday without hearing a single note - for all of those folks, log in to your bandcamp and you should be able to get your download. (Email me if you run into any issues there and I'll help you out.)

The project's been getting incredible feedback so far- hugely excited to be sharing this with you.

If you missed my message yesterday - on Friday October 10, we're dropping the Hallowe'en release you didn't know you needed - my adaptation of Edgar Allan Poe's 'The Tell-Tale Heart.'

This is much more than a dramatic reading - I read it, sing it, and (sort of) rap it, all over of a musical score that in some sections rocks harder than anything we've ever done. It's like Sabbath meets Bowie meets Christopher Lee meets the BBC Orchestra. And at 21 minutes of new music from us, it's the biggest new Double Eyelid release in a while.

For Toronto folks, we're having a low-key listening party for it on release day in the early evening at The Wych (1150 Davenport Rd). Come at 7, we'll spin it once at 7:15 and again at 8:30 before their 'Dysfunktion' dance party starts. No cover charge, just a chance to join me in person to celebrate this unique thing we've done on its release day.

For everyone else, check out The Tell-Tale Heart October 10 on Bandcamp! Please listen, support, pre-order if you like, and join us for the free event to celebrate if you can!

And if you use Spotify or one of the other streaming services, don't worry - it should be releasing on those before the end of the month, I'll keep you posted!

Thanks so much for supporting what we do!
