This is a support group for those of you seeking to move forward toward a healthier, disease-free life.

I've spent the past two decades teaching people how to prevent diseases. Unfortunately, my mom never listened.

So after spending many years helplessly watching her run from doctor to doctor, emergency room to emergency room, as her health deteriorates, last year I finally found the courage to ask her, "Do you want to live to see your grandkids grow up? If you do, then let me help you." AFTER TWENTY YEARS, SHE FINALLY SAID YES!

In the past year, I've switched my focus to helping her and others transform their lifestyles to reverse the ravages and suffering of obesity, heart disease and diabetes.

However, you DON'T have to wait until you're diagnosed with a disease to start on this journey. The same lifestyle habits that allowed a number of my clients to reverse their conditions can help to disease-proof your body too. Disease CANNOT live in a HEALTHY body!
