Subject: 6-weeks to your summer body, 2 easy steps

Summer is less than two months away. How's your beach body? If you haven't been working on it, don't fret, I'll help you get there.  If you have been working on it, implement these two simple moves below to get there faster.

(1) Intensity, intensity, intensity!
Do at least two ten-minute high intensity cardio sessions EVERYDAY!  That's right, everyday.  Try one of these:

 a. High Intensity Treadmill intervals
   -Warm up for a minute, then increase speed to 3.5mph and incline to 10% for one minute.
   -Increase speed to 4.0 mph for one minute.
   -Increase speed to 5.0 mph for one minute.
   -Increase speed to 6.0 mph for one minute.
   -Drop speed to 3.0 mph, incline stays at 10%, for two minutes, then REPEAT the above.

b. Outdoor sprints
   -Do a brisk walk/ light jog for one minute, then stretch.
   -Jog for a minute, then sprint all out for one minute.
   -Walk for one minute to recover.
   -REPEAT, jog for a minute then sprint for a minute

(2)  Adopt a "short-term" fat loss meal plan
   -Have oatmeal or some other complex carbs at breakfast, then protein and vegetables at all your other meals with a source of healthy fat (nut butter, nuts, avocado, etc.).

Do the above for the next 6-weeks and I guarantee that you will see great results by the time summer rolls around.
