The Weight of the Palm

The Reflection We carry a heavy burden in the palm of our hands—relationships, work, and memories. But Isaiah 49:16 says: "Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands."

"My hand holds a device; His hands hold my destiny. Stop trying to carry the weight of the world in your palm. You are already held in His."

The Open-Handed Intercession. Instead of just thanking Him for holding you, thank Him by "placing" others into those same secure hands. This is the Ministry of the Pen turned into a Ministry of Prayer.

The Action: Open your digital contacts. As you scroll past the names of loved ones you "hold" in your phone, pray: "Lord, I thank Thee that [Name] is graven upon Thy palms."

The Purpose: This shifts gratitude from "me-centered" to "mission-centered." It relieves the pressure of you having to be their savior.

The Salt: The safest place for your loved ones isn't in your "contacts," but in His "covenant."

Prison Ministry: Every Amazon purchase sends a free copy to an inmate or their family. The author keeps only $2, while surplus funds are used to provide gift cards to our dedicated volunteers. We have already shared 348 books with incarcerated individuals and their loved ones across the nation.

THE NORTH WOODS VISION: Planting the Seeds of Tomorrow’s Camp

We are diligently preparing the ground for our 2026 Summer Camp with disciplined stewardship and planning.

The Deposit: We have officially secured the dates for two weeks of camp starting July 10, 2026.

Safety & Compliance: We are currently in the underwriting phase. We hope to sign in April, which means camp will be officially open. We need your prayers!

Digital Hub: The Camp Growth website is being redirected. Based on feedback, we are back at "ground zero," but we have a very good idea of the direction we must take now. Thank you to the team for all the hard work.

Organization & Mission Updates

Organization refreshes: We are updating the website with fresh colors and a new look to reflect happiness and hope. We have completed the first page with four more to go. I am excited to share this with you next month alongside the new Camp Growth website.

Moving Forward with Purpose: The CEO and Founder is hoping to have a couple of books out next month. These projects were temporarily put on hold due to a family matter in Texas. Please continue to pray that this situation will be resolved, and continue to pray as he moves forward on the new Discipleship Guide book. This resource is designed for those who want to learn more about Christ in the jail system. It is written to be very simple and easy to understand, making it an ideal tool for teaching via email and video conference.
