I have dedicated some space to correspondence from inmates and family members who request prayer and support.

Wow, what a month for the CA Jail Outreach! Thank you for opening the email and taking the time from your busy schedule to read this quick newsletter, which includes the latest updates from our organization.

In this edition, I have dedicated some space to correspondence from inmates and family members who request prayer and support. You will also find this month’s theme, which we are promoting, along with details about our latest project. Additionally, we are offering a free e-book or audiobook to help you grow in your organization, business, ministry, or personal life.

I welcome all the prayer warriors, business owners, and individuals who have signed up for the newsletter. Have a great day and enjoy reading!

"The Delight of The Shadow"

New Monthly Theme

This theme is "ReachinG Out and GO." The Bible talks about visiting those in jail and taking care of the poor. This month, let’s get involved in helping someone who is down on their luck. If you see a person standing on the street with a sign that says they need food, buy them a meal, then hand them a Bible and a salvation tract, telling them, "God loves you."

Our job is to reach out and go. This is fundamental to Christianity and being part of the human race. We must also visit jails to pray with the inmates and their families. It's important to recognize that it’s not the family’s fault that a member is in jail; they are all affected by the consequences of that person's actions.

One of the best ways to connect is through a word of prayer. You can reach out by calling them and letting them know you were thinking about them and would like to pray together. Then, simply say thank you and express that you appreciate their time. By reachinG Out and GO, you can make a difference in someone’s life.

If you are reading this, a surprise awaits the first five people!

Just Sharing Organization Stats

CA Jail Outreach

We must reflect on our work and share some statistics with you. People often gauge success using these numbers. We're not trying to boast; we want to inform everyone about our efforts and how you can support us with your prayers. Our donors also appreciate this information in our newsletter and annual emails. If you're considering donating, please click the donate button in this newsletter.

The statistics presented here are from last month's report only.

We also use the latest technology, including video calls and email, to enhance inmate communication. Please see the video conference he participated in inside the jail, where he was in the common area.

Another example is our contact with a wife who needed assistance during this challenging time. Her husband is in jail due to a mistake he made while managing their finances and bank account. She discovered they were significantly behind when she attempted to pay their bills. She reached out to us through our website, and we are working with her to help get their situation back on track. She lives in a different state. Please keep her in your prayers.

We apologize for having to redact some personal information to protect their privacy.

GROWTH: Is The Lifeblood Of a Organization Chapter 1

When I started, the E-book was primarily designed to help our organization. However, after receiving feedback during Q&A sessions, people suggested I release it to everyone. Please remember that this is not a New York Times bestseller, and we did not work with a publisher. It is a simple E-book that is 34 pages long, and I feel it is more of a pamphlet than a full E-book. My goal is to expand this pamphlet, and the next project I am working on is "GROWTH: Helping Your Toddler Learn." This will be Chapter 2 of the GROWTH series. I aim to complete seven chapters, eventually turning it into a book with a publisher.

You can download the e-book and listen to the full audio by clicking here. You will skip the registration process because you have already signed up for the newsletter. Once you reach the web page, an orange button says, "Skip The Registration And go Straight to The Free E-book."

There is a donation button on the website. If you enjoy what you read or listen to, please consider making a small contribution. This will help us provide tablets for inmates and their family members. Offering video conferences and sending emails incurs costs. We aim to meet their communication needs with family and children, and one of the most important aspects is that we facilitate Bible studies and teach character development. We also offer spiritual support through video conferences and conduct quick prayers.

We have included a trailer for GROWTH and a small audio clip of the E-book. Clicking the link above will take you to the PDF file.

Thank You

What Are We Doing Now?

The next several months will be focused on launching 1|99, as shown in the graph below. The Bible says in Luke 15:7, "I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance." Our goal is that everyone reaches just one person. We want to share the message of God's love with them and teach them about character and the love of Christ. The inmates enjoy sharing the love of Christ with others. Please pray with us as we strive to reach one soul.

We are preparing to visit a prison in Sacramento, where an individual has been incarcerated for over 25 years. His sister is worried about his salvation. Please pray that we can pass the application process and present the gospel to him. Below is a quick direct message from his sister, who is seeking help through the organization.

I am excited to announce that we will host CAMP GROWTH in 2026. I will travel to another organization, CAMP DAVIS, which serves junior kids with family members in the jail system. The goal is to learn the role of Camp Director, working with junior girls one week and junior boys the next. Please add this to your prayers so that my application can go through and I have the funds to get there.

We also have great news: one applicant has passed the requirements to become a Jail Chaplain. Please pray for him as he begins helping families and inmates. We will make a formal announcement in next month's newsletter.

Our Vision And The Path Ahead

One of our visions is to find two locations to host satellite churches or meeting places. This initiative is based on the fact that some family members or individuals returning from prison have difficulty in group settings and prefer small groups. I hope that with these satellite locations, they will feel comfortable coming to watch live streams from different churches throughout the country.

We can also invite pastors to come in, teach lessons, and mentor the participants. Due to the unique backgrounds of the participants, this program will not be open to the public and requires special attention for former inmates. The locations will be appointment-only, allowing individuals to work on resumes and job applications and apply for state and federal assistance. We have two Chromebooks, a good printer, and basic internet access.

We have games and toys for the kids to keep them entertained while their parents are busy. Most importantly, we want to provide food. We will have "Foodie" options for kids and families to enjoy good meals. If you want to know more, you can Google Ninja products.

This is a long-term vision, and I ask everyone to pray for it. I plan to start using these locations after camp next year. In the meantime, I have begun the planning stage and assessing the costs involved.

Regarding this vision, knowing that a God-given vision is the foundation for setting meaningful goals is essential. Without these goals, we lack direction and the necessary tasks, leading to disorganization and inefficiency. As we embark on this journey, I kindly ask everyone to pray for this initiative. Your support is invaluable. Thank you, and may God bless you all!

The first 5 people to email will receive a free Kindle e-book titled "Jesus, The High Road Leader: Follow the Path He Wants Us to Travel" by John C. Maxwell and Chris Hodges. Don't miss your chance to get this insightful book!
