6:30 PM: Kick off the evening with a glass of our Brut Chambourcin Rosé Champagne.
7:30 PM: Enjoy the show as our Chef prepares a classic Valencian paella—Spain’s famous one-pan dish made with rice, seafood, poultry, sausage, and a medley of vegetables. Learn about the origins of this dish, crafted with Valencia rice, a variety known for its ability to absorb rich flavors while remaining perfectly textured.
