CARBONARA WITH PAN SEARED SCALLOPS, HANDS-ON CLASS
FEBRUARY 19TH, 2019
Time: 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm
Location: Artisano's Oils & Spices
Cost: $55 per person
Chef Gordon teaches guests the art of making CARBONARA WITH PAN SEARED SCALLOPS.

Guests will learn a host of new techniques in this class, from how to buy the right seafood to using knives in the kitchen. Chef Gordon makes learning time-honored Italian recipes interesting and easy.

In this class you’ll learn the ins and outs of both of these Italian specialities. By the end, you’ll be able to perfect both in your home kitchen, and you’ll go home with all of the recipes.
Knife sharpening is Thursday February 21st, 2019.
Please drop of your knives no later than Wednesday February 20th, 2019@ 6:30 pm

Knives will be ready for pick-up on Friday January 22nd, 2019.
