Cooking Class Schedule for February & March 2019
  • Tuesday February 19th, 2019 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm - PAN SEARED SCALLOPS, HANDS-ON CLASS, 
  • Monday, February 25, 2019 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM - Beef bourguignon or bœuf bourguignon, also called beef Burgundy, and bœuf à la Bourguignonne
  • Thusday, March 7, 2019  6:30 PM – 9:00 PM - Crab Cakes Hands-on Cooking Class
  • Tuesday, March 19, 2019 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM - Lemon Basil Risotto Stuffed Shrimp
Knife sharpening is Thursday February 21st, 2019.
Please drop of your knives no later than Wednesday February 20th, 2019@ 6:30 pm

Knives will be ready for pick-up on Friday January 22nd, 2019.
