    Are you ready to become the King or Queen of crab cake? Take your skills to the next level? Join us for an interactive and fun hands-on cooking class from 6:30 pm until 9:00 pm.

    This class will cover the art of cooking (and eating) crab cakes. It’s more than just cooking the crab cakes, it's the whole meal deal! Crab cakes with asparagus and roasted garlic red bliss creamed potatoes, topped with a lemon beurre blanc sauce.

Chef Gordon leads this hands-on class through the art of making LEMON BASIL RISOTTO STUFFED SHRIMP WRAPPED IN PROSCIUTTO.

We will be making SMOKED PROSCIUTTO wrapped gulf shrimp with LEMON BASIL RISOTTO stuffing. This is a wonderful recipe to learn as it will make you an instant hero at your next dining event! We will be pairing the shrimp with ROSEMARY ROASTED RED POTATOES and a SALAD.
