KWANZA OSAJYEFO Writer and co-creator of "Black", Kwanza began his career as an intern at Marvel Comics. He worked his way up to online editor and after leaving comics for a time, returned to launch DC Comics' first online imprint, and later blueprints for their digital comics strategy.

TIM SMITH 3 (A.K.A. TS3) Creator and designer for “Black" has been working in the comics industry for over 15 years. Tim spent his spare time drawing and teaching himself the craft of story telling at a young age, mostly in comics and storyboarding. Getting accepted into Pratt in New York was a major success. The back drop of New York has played a key role in his artistic growth. Taking on big and small jobs in both comics and commercial illustration. He has done illustration work for Marvel and DC Comics. He has also done work with other big and small press publishers like Archie Comics and Papercutz to name a few. Dare2Draw: What is it? Dare2Draw is a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit, educational and cultural organization dedicated to creating and supporting mentoring and networking opportunities for cartoonists of all levels; Cultivating the awareness of and appreciation for the study of sequential art; and the furtherance and preservation of the comic book medium's contributions to literacy, art, and culture, through outreach programs, events, and projects.
