Phil Jimenez is a Wizard, Diamond and Inkpot Award-winning writer and artist who has worked for DC Entertainment and Marvel Comics for the past two decades. Best known for his work on New-X-Men, Wonder Woman, Infinite Crisis and the Amazing Spider-Man, Jimenez has also worked in film, television, print media and in design/packaging.
He has created large-scale artworks for schools and museums, lectured at universities and the Library of Congress on the topic of identity and diversity in entertainment and also mentors young designers at the Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum. Considered the most prominent gay creator in mainstream comics (Huffington Post, Entertainment Weekly), and featured as one of Out magazine's Out 100, last year, Jimenez also teaches life drawing at the School of Visual Arts, in NYC. Simon Fraser is a Scottish comics artist and writer best known for his work on 'Nikolai Dante', a series he created for 2000AD with writer Robbie Morrison. Fraser's early work includes 'Lux and Alby Sign on and Save the Universe', 'Roy of the Rovers', 'Family', 'Shimura' and several 'Judge Dredd' adventures. 'Nikolai Dante' won the Eagle Award for Best Character in 2003 In the United States he drew 'Grindhouse: Prison Ship Antares' for Dark Horse and 'Richard Matheison's HellHouse' for IDW.
He manages the highly respected webcomic colective ACTIVATEcomix.com where he writes & draws 'The Adventures of Lilly Mackenzie'. Since 2013 he has been drawing the Dr Who comic, first for IDW then for Titan. He lives in Brooklyn New York. http://simonfraser.net/
