Dear Friends of Dare2Draw,
I wanted to take a moment to give you an update about what’s happening behind the scenes of the Dare2Draw Program.
Since receiving our very own 501(c)(3), I have been pursuing all the necessary paperwork, licenses and registrations to help fund and develop the organization. I’ve used up all my resources and asked a great deal of all friends and family involved, to build the Dare2Daw to this point.
We’re working to establish Dare2Draw as an organizational resource that's committed to serving the cartoonist community. Dare2Draw was created to help developing artists, NOW, with mentoring programs and resources.
We’re actively expanding and looking for staff and personnel to help us meet these goals, as we seek funding for our projects and programs for cartoonists.
We’re currently working on:
- Dare2Draw Studio Chats
- Dare2Draw Mentoring Anthology
- Dare2Draw Classic Drawing Competition Events
- Dare2Draw Convention Panel Events
- Dare2Draw Comic Book Boot Camp Sessions
- Dare2Draw Chapters
So if you love comics as much as we do and have some skills, such as working with non-profits, business administration or any other skills that might be helpful, and would like to help us grow the Dare2Draw, as another resource to help, protect and serve comic book artists, we’d love to hear from you.
