Hi Friend,




Don’t you love when you get to peace out early on a Friday while everyone is still working and the roads are light with traffic?

 

 

 

How about when you get to extend your vacation by a day and get 1 more day some place special?

 

 

 

Do you ever trade your workout time in order to participate in the get away day or stay a day later options?

 

 

Does it bother you when you miss this workout and it disrupts your routine, progress and momentum?

 

 

Do you ever notice that on one hand you’re excited to get away early and to be able to take advantage of the early start and/or you’re excited to get one more day of being away, before returning to your full life and the accompanying responsibilities,

 

 

 

and on another hand,

 

 

 

you notice that you don’t move or feel as well, you’re metabolism isn’t as fast and you feel a little sluggish and slow or that because you took the extra day, you not only have to hit the ground running, but you haven’t yet adjusted from the return travel, time zone and getting settled and your body hasn’t gotten right since you were last home, so you’re not hitting the ground running as your best self?
