CONSTITUTION PARTY NATIONAL MEETING COMING UP NOVEMBER 12 & 13 IN FORT WORTH, TEXAS.

Save the date! Plan a trip! Book your tickets! Your party needs you in Texas on Veterans Day Week-end – Friday and Saturday, November 12 & 13th, 2010 for the Constitution Party Fall Conference.
The hotel chosen for the meeting is the Sheraton Fort Worth Hotel, 1701 Commerce Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102.
On Friday, November 12th grab-and-go lunches will be available for under $10 per person. The National Committee meeting will start after lunch that same afternoon, Friday, November 12th, no earlier than 1pm. Registration will begin at 11:30am. Only National Committee members and alternates may vote, but observers are absolutely welcome to come and learn more about the party.
There will be an Awards Banquet Friday evening.
The National meeting will reconvene on Saturday morning, November 13th at 8:30am, lunch will be provided. The scheduled activities for the weekend will conclude by 5:30pm on Saturday.
Your reservation at the Sheraton Hotel includes a complimentary full Breakfast buffet for up to two people per guest room. Your meeting registration includes the banquet on Friday night and lunch on Saturday.
Registration is set at $185 for those whose registration is postmarked on or before October 12th , $200 for those whose registration is postmarked after October 12th and before November 6th, and $215 if postmarked after November 6th or paid at the door and meals cannot be guaranteed for these late registrations. Registration for students 12 and over is $105. Children under 12 are welcome to attend free of charge with no meals included, for $105 including meals. Registration for the Friday night banquet only is $50, and for Saturday only is $45 with lunch included. Please help us by registering early!
Please call the hotel directly at 1-800-325-3535 to make your sleeping room reservations. Be sure to say that you are with the Constitution Party in order to get our special rate of $129 plus tax for singles and doubles. The cut-off date for this price is October 12th, 2010, so don’t wait! Make those reservations right away.
The twice yearly Constitution Party national meetings are a great way to learn more about the party, hear great speakers, and meet like-minded people from all over the country. Anyone interesting in learning more or getting involved is encouraged to attend
