Oklahoma State Representative, Charles Key, Will
Address 2010 Fall Constitution Party National
Committee Meeting Banquet In Fort Worth, TX
On Friday, November 12th!

Rep. Charles Key

Charles Key, State Representative from Oklahoma's 90th District, will be the featured banquet speaker at the Fall 2010 National Committee Meeting and Conference which will take place November 12 and 13 in Fort Worth, Texas.  The meeting will be held at the Sheraton Fort Worth Hotel, 1701 Commerce Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102.   The banquet is scheduled for Friday evening, November 12 at 6:30 PM.

Representative Key has authored the bill in the Oklahoma legislature to reduce the state ballot access requirement to 5000 signatures. Currently Oklahoma has the most restrictive ballot access laws in the nation.  Should Key's measure be enacted it would almost ensure the Constitution Party a place on the ballot in Oklahoma for the first time ever.  The Constitution Party is appreciative of his efforts for the cause of electoral freedom in Oklahoma.

Key has been a speaker across the country on numerous issues like Illegal Immigration, Real ID, the NAFTA Super Highway and many other issues of shared importance with the Constitution Party and its members.  He is very well known and respected for his strong stand on the issue State Sovereignty. In 2009 Rep Key was the author of the first State Sovereignty resolution passed by a State Legislature on the 10th Amendment.   That resoluti0n became the model for similar resolutions in other states.  The following is a link showing Rep. Key's appearance on the Mike Huckabee Fox TV show in May 2009:

According to an March 2009 article in New American Magazine, Key was largely prompted to act by two unconstitutional federal steps the pending Real ID Act, which would compel Americans to have a national ID card (threatening our privacy and moving us closer to a surveillance state), and the No Child Left Behind Act, a completely unconstitutional intrusion of the federal government into education. Key has said, The more we stand by and watch the federal government get involved in areas where it has no legal authority, we kill the Constitution a little at a time. The last few decades, the Constitution has been hanging by a thread. He told The New American: All of us have taken an oath to uphold the Constitution. And the Constitution either means what it says or it means nothing.

Admission to the Friday Night banquet, featuring Representative Key, is included in the registration fee for those attending the 2010 Fall National Committtee Meeting and Conference.  Those not registered for the meeting who wish to attend the banquet only may do so for only $50.00

We are the OFFICIAL Constitution Party of Texas

Accept no substitutes, and do not be fooled by imposters!

Yes, believe it or not, there are at least two other groups out there who like our concept so much that they have stolen our logos, our platform, and even our name! It's nice to be popular, but this is the real deal.

Just ask our National CP Chairman,
Jim Clymer
