We’re almost halfway through 2025.
You might be thinking it’s time for a goal check-in—to see how far you’ve come, what you’ve learned, and where you might need to course-correct.
Not yet. You can do that next month.
Instead, what if you designated time for...
Nothing.
For space. For freedom. For time to just be.
Maybe even more time outside. Soaking in the sun. Taking long, leisurely walks (daily, if you can).
We high-achievers are always on the go. Our calendars stay full.
But what if June looked different, Friend?
What if this month, you: Allowed subconscious thoughts to rise to the surface (and actually noticed them). Gave your creativity space to flow (yes, you do have creativity inside you). Let go of being so scheduled (because a little laissez-faire might be just what you need).
I recommend keeping a notebook handy to catch whatever bubbles up (insights, ideas, moments of clarity).
Because your brain will try to convince you that you’re being lazy. Yet that couldn’t be further from the truth (and your notebook will be proof).
This isn’t about stepping back. It’s about committing to excel differently this month. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ XO, Heather
P.S. Before you go—what’s your favorite summer activity? Mine used to be reading a good book in the sun.
Not anymore. Now it's watching my son (Noah) play summer baseball. Here's a pic of Noah doing his favorite thing. |
