El CoE-PHI se ha asociado con National Latino Behavioral Health Association (Asociación Nacional Latina de Salud del Comportamiento), y National Hispanic and Latino ATTC y PTTC (Centro Nacional Hispano y Latino de Transferencia de Tecnología para la Adicción) para desarrollar una versión en idioma español del modelo de formulario de consentimiento del paciente para la divulgación de los registros médicos de pacientes con trastornos por uso de sustancias (SUD) que cumple con las leyes federales de privacidad de la salud.

Authorizing Disclosure of Confidential SUD Patient Records

The CoE-PHI has partnered with the National Latino Behavioral Health Association and the National Hispanic and Latino ATTC and PTTC to develop a Spanish Language version of a sample patient consent form for release of substance use disorder (SUD) patient records that is compliant with federal health privacy laws.
