During this webinar, we'll outline recent changes to Part 2, the federal law that protects the confidentiality of substance use disorder (SUD) treatment records, and apply learning to common scenarios through case studies.

This webinar will be presented by Jacqueline Seitz, JD. Certificates of Completion will be made available to all attendees. American Sign Language (ASL) will be provided.
