Help Us Improve Our Website
So You Can Find What You Need

Dear SUD and MH Care Providers, Administrators, State agency leaders, and others involved in providing and receiving SUD and MH Treatment,

We realize that now perhaps more than ever, you are relying on the Center of Excellence for Protected Health Information (CoE-PHI) to provide you with the guidance and resources you need during this challenging time to protect the privacy of the clients you serve.

In order for us to serve you and your clients in the best possible way, we would like to extend an opportunity to you to assist us in structuring the content of our new website and placement of resources so that you have easy access to them.
How Does It Work?
You will see a list of items and will sort them into logical groups, and then name each group. You will then be asked a few questions to help us understand your choices. The entire exercise should take about 15-20 minutes.

Participation is anonymous unless you choose to share your information with us. Responses will be aggregated and analyzed to draw conclusions around content organization and language needs for the website and accompanying resource materials.

We look forward to your input into this process!

Thanks very much,
The CoE-PHI Team

Funded by SAMHSA, the CoE-PHI develops and disseminates resources, training, and TA for states, healthcare providers, school administrators and individuals and families to improve understanding and application of federal privacy laws and regulations, including FERPA, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2, when providing and receiving treatment for SUD and mental illness.

Resources, training, technical assistance, and any other information provided through the CoE-PHI do not constitute legal advice.
