Join us for a journey through the newest capabilities of CM evolveIT's latest web-based analysis capabilities. The last few versions of CM evolveIT have brought a new Web user interface to the product with capabilities to find and analyze component level impact analysis from a browser. The impact analysis can be visualized using new interactive diagrams. We will identify bottom-up and top-down impacts from Batch JCL to DB2 tables & columns. We will demo the exporting of diagrams that can be edited along with CSV and JSON outputs.
Finally, we will walk through the latest new capability in CM evolveIT: Automated Data Lineage. Data Lineage gives the user the ability to identify paths through an application where a field / DB2 Column is impacted with the full graphical path presented as an interactive diagram. Back end automation identifies all data paths and enables the user to investigate these paths with a simple click of the mouse.
