The Documentation That Grades It's Own Homework

A Forbes piece claims AI has solved legacy documentation's oldest problem: staying current. That's a worthy goal, but here's the question the piece skips: Does "AI reads what is actually present" mean verifiable extraction, or a confident-sounding guess?

What's Your AI Readiness Strategy?

Before you ask what your AI strategy is, host Greg Schmidt argues you should ask whether you're even ready for one.

This episode lays out a five-layer AI readiness framework for IBM i organizations built around trusted data, security, operational control, workflow management, and governance, and walks through why AI initiatives stall without that foundation in place.

Practical listening if your team is weighing where AI actually belongs in your environment.
