What the Bootcamp delivers

The bootcamp runs alongside the main conference program in Nashville, giving participants dedicated hands-on training in CA 2E and CA Plex fundamentals.

It's structured for people who are newer to these platforms. Whether that's someone just joining a team that runs CA 2E or CA Plex applications, or a developer who needs a solid grounding before diving into the deeper technical sessions.

What's included:

  • Hands-on access to the training environment throughout the bootcamp

  • Instruction from experienced CA 2E and CA Plex practitioners

  • Remote instructor support available after the conference, so the learning doesn't stop when you leave Nashville

Why This Matters for Your Team

Knowledge transfer is one of the defining challenges in CA 2E and CA Plex shops right now. Long-tenured developers retire. Teams grow. New people inherit systems they've never worked with before. The bootcamp is one of the most efficient and cost-effective ways to close that gap. Two to three focused days of structured training in Nashville alongside the broader conference program, at a price point that would be difficult to match with private instruction.

If you're already planning to send experienced team members to Nashville, consider whether this is the right moment to bring along someone who's ready to get up to speed.

The Broader Program

Bootcamp participants have access to the full conference environment, which means exposure to the AI Deep Dives, the speaker sessions, the community conversations, and the peer exchange that make this event worth attending in the first place. It's a complete introduction to the CA 2E and CA Plex ecosystem, not just a training module in isolation.

Confirmed speakers include Broadcom's CA 2E CA Plex Evangelist Chi Chen with the five-year product roadmap, and IBM's Tim Rowe with the latest on where IBM i is headed. More speaker announcements are coming so stay tuned.

In-person in Nashville or virtual from anywhere. The Virtual Pass is $99 and includes live-streamed access to select sessions and full recordings.
