Greetings, Cinemapolitans!

Two festival winners are coming this weekend, along with the triumphant return of Darwin Days to the cinema.

We're once again partnering with PRI to commemorate the birthday of Charles Darwin. This year's weeklong celebration focuses on the evolution of insects and finishes up with a screening of the gorgeous and entertaining Microcosmos on Saturday, February 12 at 2 pm. Tickets are just $5, with discounts for members of the museum!

It's another premiere weekend, so you should get in soon to catch Summer of Soul. The special return engagement ends on Thursday, February 10th!

Don't forget to keep an eye on our website to get the latest info on detours to get to the cinema. During the current phase of utility installation for the Asteri Ithaca project, the Green Street Crosswalk has re-opened, and all patrons should enter the cinema from the South using that method.

Access from the north (The Commons) will be blocked, so patrons should follow the Commons to Cayuga Street and cross at the library. If you need to drop off another patron, there are passenger drop off parking spaces across the street in front off Urban Outfitters.

Hope to see you at the movies again soon!
