Dear Friends
We hope you are staying healthy and safe.
Like you, we too are closely following the Corona crisis and experiencing the same uncertainty, fear and apprehension. But we know, it is up to all of us to light the candle of courage in these dark times.
It is more important than ever to remember our loved ones – and to say that conflict, war and occupation are not decrees of fate, but are human choices. When we take responsibility into our hands, we can work together to bring peace. This global crisis is teaching us how interconnected we all really are. There is no difference between our blood, and no difference between our humanity, grief or hope.
Amidst such difficult times, we all agree that it is imperative that we stay closely connected. Here is a reminder that we are launching a series of weekly webinars from now through May 9th, to keep our community engaged and inspired.
Tomorrow, Thursday March 26, 5:30 pm GMT
"How is the Corona Virus affecting Life in Israel and Palestine?"
with CFP activists Galia Galili and Suleiman Khatib

Together we can hold onto hope.
Speaking of hope, we already informed you that our 15th annual joint Israeli-Palestinian Memorial Ceremony will take place on April 27, 2020. It has now become clear over the days that the ceremony will be held via live Internet broadcast, without a physical audience. And at the end of the broadcast we will be all invited to intimate ZOOM conversations with Israeli and Palestinian families, bereaved by the conflict. Combatants for Peace organizes the event in partnership with the Parents Circle – Families Forum.
