We are filled with gratitude for you - our international community of supporters - who stood with us this summer in one of the hardest times our region has ever known. Because of your compassion and generosity, our Emergency Assistance, Shared Resistance campaign not only reached its goal but surpassed it. Together, we were able to bring comfort, relief, and hope where it was most desperately needed.

Thanks to you:

• Orphaned children from Gaza were able to begin their school year in Bethlehem with a little joy

• Displaced families from the Tulkarem refugee camp will receive urgent essential supplies

• Water tanks have been distributed to the Palestinian communities of Al-Auja, Al-Walajeh and Masafer Yatta.

• Children from Al-Auja, living under daily settler violence, will soon receive the school materials they deserve

• Our Palestinian and Israeli activists, who face immense backlash for their courageous pursuit of justice, felt the strength of your solidarity

This summer reminded us how precious and powerful our community truly is. None of this would have been possible without you. Your support sustains us, it strengthens our movement, and it gives us hope.

Next year, Combatants for Peace will mark our 20th anniversary. From quiet, secret meetings between former fighters to a thriving movement leading the call for unity, equality, and an end to occupation - we have come so far.

But the situation on the ground grows more severe by the day. Just this week, our Palestinian staff in Ramallah have had their water cut off for the past 10 days - one more example of the daily injustices inflicted by occupation. In Israel, anger grows as the government disregards the voices of its people - dismissing massive protests, national strikes, and even the pleas of hostages’ families.

In moments like these, your solidarity means more than words can say. Together we remind the world: there is no military solution. Only through courage, diplomacy, and a just political agreement can Palestinians and Israelis live freely, with dignity, security, and peace.

Thank you for being part of this Summer of Action. Thank you for standing with those who suffer the most from violence, and with those doing the most to end it. You give us the strength to continue.
