Subject: TOMORROW - Nonviolent Resistance in the Jordan Valley

Dear Friends of CfP,

After a busy weekend in Beit Jala, where we had 70 Israeli and Palestinian activists from across the land coming together to meet, imagine and plan - we are excited to gather online with you, our international community. Tomorrow at 7:00pm Jerusalem time, we are hosting a special conversation with Elie Avidor, CfP and Jordan Valley activist.

We will discuss the current situation in the Northern Jordan Valley and our protective presence work that uses nonviolence to resist the occupation. Since October 7th and the war in Gaza, the violence from settlers and the army has increased at a terrifying rate. Join us to learn more and find out ways you can act now.

We are excited to bring Elie for this conversation as he regularly drives from his home in Tel Aviv to the Jordan Valley for protective presence shifts with Palestinian shepherding communities. He will share his first hand experiences, stories from the communities we partner with and answer any questions from the group.

Thank you for being a part of this community and helping us sustain this important work.We aim to host at least 1 event a month specifically for this community of supporters. If you have any suggestions of topics of questions you would like to know more about, please don't hesitate to contact us.

For any friends in an inconvenient timezone (our apologies), the conversation will be recorded and sent out afterwards for you to watch.

In solidarity,
