Poetry Reading at 2 pm

Reception and signing at 3 pm

FREE

Ken McKeon grew up in Southern California, and has been writing poetry most of his almost 80 years. His output has been prodigious: well over a thousand poems to date, and they keep on coming. Day Spell is a modest selection from this immense collection, with poems that touch on Time, Space, and Knowledge.

Day Spell pairs Ken’s evocative imagery with the artistic imagination of Ignacio Ercole. The pairing results in a beautiful, deeply moving volume that will be the highlight of any poetry lover’s bookshelf.

This is a hybrid event that will take place both in person and online. You may enjoy the reading via Zoom; however, to enjoy the reception and have your book signed by the author/illustrator, you will need to attend in person.

Weekly Full Presence Mindfulness Gatherings
Online Drop-ins through December 12th

Led by Adrian Roman (he/él)

In this space, we will explore different paths to being with experience fully. Can we return to the richness of life through listening, seeing, having conversation and even thinking? These are the questions we will be engaging in this group dialogue centered space.

This weekly drop-in occurs most Tuesdays at 4:30pm ET (1:30pm PT) for the fall season, September 12th through December 12th. This will be a 1 hour session. You may register at any time during the semester to receive the Zoom link.

Time Space Knowledge Club - Online
Every other Thursday, through December 7th

Facilitated by Adrian Roman (he/él)

Time Space Knowledge is a western modality that teases our experience-as-usual to open to rich possibilities. In this dialogue-based gathering, we will read some texts, practice with exercises from the books and discuss experiences. This group will be lightly held by a facilitator with the aim of learning from all voices in the room. This gathering is for individuals closely familiar with TSK and those who have developed a recent interest.

Every other Thursday at 4:30 ET. Sept 14th through December 7th. This will be a 1.5 hour session.
