Special Noon Prayer Time
This week will have no scheduled noon prayer times due to the Family Conference except for today.

The tank is beginning to fill with water from our own wells this morning. Come and join us to give thanks to the Lord for this noteworthy effort and achievement.

Sound Foundations Concert

Meal Cost Update
Due to increased food and operational costs for our kitchen, we need to increase meal prices. Starting September 1, staff meals will be $5.25/adult and $3.50/child. Guest meals will be $9.00/adult and $7.00/child. We are so grateful for our kitchen staff who continually provide such excellent meals and, as a tribute to their economy and diligence, we have not had a price increase since 2017. Thank you for your understanding as we all try to navigate rising costs across the nation.
Save the Date
Congratulations to Samuel Winkler and Anna Ferraro on their recent engagement! They will be getting married on September 24 in Jacksonville, IL. The whole campus is invited to their on-campus reception on Sunday, November 13, 3–6 PM. More details to come!
Battalion Update | Capt. Vanderford
The Leadership & Communications class arrived safely in the DC area last night. They will spend the next five days learning about great leaders from US history, visiting museums and monuments, and engaging with people in the city. Please pray for safety and for God to provide great opportunities for the men. 2nd Phase began their two weeks of dive training on Saturday. They will complete Open Water and Advanced Open Water this week and then do Search and Recovery Diver training next week. Please pray for safety and for the men to build the confidence they need as they learn to work in this unfamiliar environment. Please also pray for humble, teachable attitudes in each of the men.
Leadership Corner | Maj. Boulden
As we prepare to move from one semester to the next, it's easy to think that "maybe this time we will get it right. Maybe this time we will catch up. Maybe we will find the magic bullet to make this thing happen." Maybe part of why God lets us live in the never-ending unpredictability of life is to remind us that the only thing that will ever truly be secure is Him.

His oath, His covenant, His blood,
Support me in the raging flood;
When every earthly prop gives way,
This still is all my strength and stay.

On Christ the Solid Rock, I sand
All other ground is sinking sand
All other ground of sinking sand.
