All staff are invited to attend with permission from their supervisor. This will be paid time for paid staff if they wish to attend, and should be marked as IBLP Staff Meetings for IBLP staff and ALERT Staff Meetings for ALERT staff.
Construction Projects
ALERT is excited about how God brought many things together for this quarter's construction class. Thank you for providing input into project ideas for the class. Just a few helpful notes to keep in mind as we consider your suggestions—

The priority throughout the class is training, not accomplishing work. Projects that could be easily construed as a personal favor for a staff person will not be considered; we would love to work on projects that support needy people in the community or that directly support the ministry.

If you have a project you'd like to recommend for the class that fits within these clarifications, please contact Capt. Vanderford.

Mayflower Group
As of today, the Mayflower group is being held in Thailand Immigration Department detention centers where the families are divided and the conditions are less than desirable. The Mayflower group and their representatives are appealing for extensions to their visas in Thailand, and more importantly, seeking relief from the US State Department for visas to immigrate to America under their request consideration for religious freedom. Please pray for this group, Deana Brown from Freedom Seekers who is helping them directly in Thailand, and most importantly, for our State Department to grant them visas for coming to our country.
Battalion Update | Capt. Vanderford
Last week was another great week of training for the Battalion. The men supported different aspects of the SOWER Reunion, including colorguard, serving the banquet, and handling the bigger dish load. Lt. Moody is leading Dive and Flight this week on a tornado relief deployment in MS, while Col. Behr is helping Samaritan's Purse on another tornado relief deployment in Little Rock. Please pray for meaningful times of mentoring on deployment and that the men will see and take the opportunities God brings for sharing the gospel. Pray also for Construction as they continue their ongoing projects in Maine. Praise God for a great start to the trip in the last few days!
Basic Training Update | Maj. Boulden
One week down and eight to go! Thank you to everyone who came out to support us this last Monday evening. We appreciate your involvement! The men have adjusted well to life in Basic Training, and moving into this week; they will advance in their ropework and land navigation skills. Be in specific prayer for the men as we set out on the 3-Hour Hike Thursday morning. Please continue to respect the road barriers for your safety and the safety of our men in training. Thank you again for all your prayers and support during this adventure.
