| Woodshop FYI This month the woodshop area is being cleaned and organized. If you have any ongoing projects in the woodshop, please remove them ASAP or make sure your name is easily visible on the project. After Wednesday, November 4, anything that is not clearly labeled will be removed. As a reminder, if you wish to use the woodshop, please get permission from Chris Overby at (903) 720-0974. All projects must have your name on them and be put away neatly when you are not working on them. Thank you for helping us keep things organized! |

| Staff Retreat—Save the Date! All of our staff and families are invited and encouraged to join us for a Staff Retreat, December 10–12, at Southland Christian Camp in Ringgold, LA. The whole family is welcome, and lodging and meals are provided—details to follow in the weeks ahead.
Our guest speaker for the weekend is Dr. John Woodward, Director of Counseling and Training at Grace Fellowship International. He is passionate about guiding people into a complete and victorious identity in Christ.

| Battalion Update | Capt. Winkler Fire Academy returned home from Arizona on Saturday; they had a very successful deployment and made a big impact on the workload at that deployment site. Missions travels back to the States tomorrow, and then drives home from Pennsylvania on Wednesday and Thursday. Flight continues training; both students soloed last week and are working towards their private pilot checkride. Dive is in Florida and will be returning this weekend. Please pray for safety for everyone traveling this week, and for a good wrap-up to all of the classes in the final sprint toward graduation. |
| Basic Training Update | Maj. Hawley This past weekend, Unit 75 successfully passed their Saturday Inspection!
This coming week, the men will be participating in both their Solo Hike and the Basic Responder Challenge from Wednesday through Saturday. During these events, they will be tested in nearly every area of training they have received thus far.
Please pray that the men will continue to push themselves all the way through the end of Basic Training and remain receptive to the lessons they still have yet to learn. Also, please be in prayer for those who have not yet completed their required Scripture memorization or passed their physical training test, that they would have both the desire and discipline to put in the necessary work to finish strong. |
